If you are interested in hosting a conference led by PQI, fill out the following form and a PQI Team Member will be in touch with you shortly.

To host a conference, you must have a minimum of 75 participants. If you have fewer than 75 participants, you can sponsor individuals to attend one of our national conferences by emailing info@perinatalqi.org.

If you are seeking perinatal equity or quality improvement expert consultation sessions, for yourself and/or your staff, email info@perinatalqi.org.
